Snow Ice Cream

On this SNOW DAY we decided to try SNOW ICE CREAM which we had been hearing so much about......are we the only ones who had never tried this before?

There are a few different recipes out there but this is what we tried.

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 TBSP vanilla extract

1 cup milk

Mix above ingredients in a big bowl then start adding the snow!

I used a potato masher to blend the snow in and added a bit more than a cup of milk to get the right consistency.  Then serve immediately and ENJOY!

Doesn't this look like real ice cream!  It was surprisingly DELICIOUS!
